Of the above equipment, (1) and (2) are used for etching liquid recycling in alkali/acidic etching machine. The waste etching liquid can be recycled for use after its online regeneration, which saves cost of purchasing etching liquid. Copper in waste etching liquid can be 100% recovered. It can be restored as electrolytic copper with high purity (99.9%) which is sold for profits.
(3)Is used for micro-etching liquid recycle in PTH and inlayer pretreatment equipment. The micro-waste etching liquid can be recycled for use after its online regeneration, which saves the cost of purchasing micro-etching liquid. Copper in micro-waste etching liquid can be 100% recovered. It can be restored as electrolytic copper with high purity (99.9%) which is sold for profits.
(4) Is used for gold recovery in gold-plating or immersion Ni/Au equipment. Gold adsorption resin is used to optionally recover the gold from washings and liquid waste. Gold is recovered from gold-containing resin by sintering metallurgical method or elution electrolytic method. It can be sold for profits.
